Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammadin wa ʿalā āli Muḥammad, kamā ṣallayta ʿalā Ibrāhīma wa ʿalā āli Ibrāhīm, innaka Ḥamīdun Majīd.
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as You sent blessings upon Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim. Indeed You are Praiseworthy, Glorious.
Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min ʿadhābil-qabr, wa min ʿadhābi jahannam, wa min fitnatil-maḥyā wal-mamāt, wa min sharri fitnatil-Masīḥid-Dajjāl.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, the punishment of Hellfire, the trials of life and death, and the evil of the trial of the Antichrist.
Allāhumma anta rabbī, lā ilāha illā anta, khalaqtanī wa anā ʿabduk, wa anā ʿalā ʿahdika wa waʿdika mā-staṭaʿt, aʿūdhu bika min sharri mā ṣanaʿt, abūʾu laka bi-niʿmatika ʿalayya wa abūʾu bi-dhanbī faghfir lī fa-innahu lā yaghfirudh-dhunūba illā ant.
O Allah, You are my Lord, there is no god but You. You created me and I am Your servant, and I keep Your covenant and promise as much as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil I have done. I acknowledge Your favour upon me and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for none forgives sins except You.
O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove the harm and heal — You are the Healer. There is no healing but Your healing, a healing that leaves no illness behind.

When feeling pain in the body
Place your hand on the pain, say Bismillah three times, then this seven times
Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika minal-hammi wal-ḥazan, wal-ʿajzi wal-kasal, wal-bukhli wal-jubn, wa ḍalaʿid-dayni wa ghalabatir-rijāl.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, from incapacity and laziness, from miserliness and cowardice, from the burden of debt and from being overpowered by others.
Allāhumma innī astakhīruka bi-ʿilmik, wa astaqdiruka bi-qudratik, wa asʾaluka min faḍlikal-ʿaẓīm…
O Allah, I seek Your guidance by Your knowledge, I seek ability by Your power, and I ask You from Your immense bounty. (Recite the full narration, naming your need.)
Lā ilāha illa-llāhu waḥdahu lā sharīka lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-ḥamd, yuḥyī wa yumīt, wa huwa ḥayyun lā yamūt, bi-yadihil-khayr, wa huwa ʿalā kulli shayʾin qadīr.
There is no god but Allah alone, without partner. To Him belongs the dominion and the praise. He gives life and causes death, and He is Ever-Living and does not die. In His hand is all good, and He is capable of all things.
