Support
Welcome, and congratulations
If you have embraced Islam — or are exploring it — this page is a gentle starting point.
First steps
- Say the Shahadah with sincere belief: Ash-hadu an la ilaha illa Allah, wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadan rasulu Allah — "I bear witness that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah."
- Learn to perform Wudu (ritual purification) and the five daily prayers step by step.
- Connect with a local mosque or trusted Muslim community — you don't need to walk this path alone.
- Begin reading the Qur'an in a translation you understand, alongside authentic Sunnah.
- Be gentle with yourself: Islam is built gradually, one sincere step at a time.
What to expect
Learning the details of prayer, purification, fasting and other practices takes time. Focus first on the foundations — belief in Allah, the five daily prayers, honest dealings, kindness and consistent good habits.
